Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide growth-hormone secretagogue prized for one property above all: selectivity. Where earlier GHRPs raise cortisol, prolactin, and appetite alongside GH, ipamorelin triggers clean GH pulses through the ghrelin (GHS-R1a) receptor with minimal off-target signalling.
