• All orders ship cold-packed in discreet, unbranded packaging with tracking.
• Domestic delivery typically arrives in 2–4 business days.
• Flat-rate shipping; free shipping on orders over $500.

Returns

• Unopened, sealed 10-packs may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.
• Because product integrity is temperature-sensitive, opened packs cannot be restocked or refunded.
• If your order arrives damaged, photograph the package and contents and contact us within 48 hours — we will replace it.
