Include your order number and we can answer e-Transfer questions, update a shipping address before dispatch, or send tracking. Orders ship as soon as your transfer is accepted.
COA requests
Every pack’s batch number is printed on the label — email it to us and the matching third-party certificate of analysis comes back the same day.
