Why do you only sell 10-packs?
Focus. One format lets us buy deeper on each production batch, test once per lot, and pass wholesale economics to buyers who use volume. If you need single vials, a retail supplier is a better fit — if you run full protocols, nobody beats pack pricing.
How much do I actually save buying peptides in bulk?
Pack prices run up to 30% below the equivalent ten single vials at typical Canadian retail. Every product page shows the strike-through comparison and the effective per-vial price, so the math is visible before you buy.
Do I need a wholesale account or business license?
No. Wholesale pricing without wholesale gatekeeping is the entire point. Add to cart and check out — no applications, no minimums.
What payment methods do you accept?
Interac e-Transfer at launch, with additional options being added. Instructions appear at checkout and in your order email; orders ship as soon as the transfer is accepted.
Is there a free gift?
Yes — every peptide 10-pack in your order automatically adds one free vial of bacteriostatic water at checkout. It is customer-removable if you don’t want it.
Quality & testing
Are your peptides tested?
Every batch is independently tested for identity (mass spectrometry) and purity (HPLC, ≥99% threshold) before release. Because each 10-pack ships from a single batch, one COA covers all ten vials — see Quality & Testing.
How do I get the COA for my pack?
Your batch number is printed on the label. Email it to us and we’ll send the matching certificate; COA downloads are being added to product pages.
How should I store vials?
Sealed lyophilized vials: refrigerate at 2–8°C. After reconstitution with bacteriostatic water: refrigerate and use within a few weeks. Never shake a peptide vial — swirl.
Shipping
How fast do orders ship?
Orders placed before 2pm ET typically dispatch the same business day, cold-packed with tracking. Domestic delivery usually lands in 2–4 business days.
Where do you ship?
Across Canada at launch. Every order ships domestically — no customs risk, no international seizure roulette.
Is the packaging discreet?
Plain, unbranded, cold-packed boxes with a tracking number. Nothing on the outside identifies the contents.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Unopened, sealed packs may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Because product integrity is temperature-sensitive, opened packs cannot be restocked — full details on Shipping & Returns.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Photograph the box and contents and contact us within 48 hours — we replace damaged packs outright.
